Shipping Costs
Domestic Shipping costs are a flat fee of $8.
International Shipping costs are a flat fee of $60.
Delivery Timeframe
We process shipping within 48 hours, and post by Australia Post Express within Australia expect where special requests are made by the customer. We will notify by email when the order is dispatched or if any delays occur.
Rapture Living is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-10 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.

Refunds and Returns
Returns of goods in their original condition will be accepted within 30 days of purchase. Refunds excluding any shipping charges will be processed on receipt of goods.
